About the Director

Esme Witbooi

Esme is a certified master coach who works with executives and leaders globally. With over 20 years of experience traveling and working with diverse cultures, she founded RediscoverMe (Pty) Ltd to offer specialized coaching programs for impactful leadership.

Esme’s background includes managing HR in fast-paced corporate settings and on cruise ships. She saw many skilled employees leave due to leaders’ lack of people management skills, despite their high IQ. This inspired her to focus on enhancing leaders’ emotional intelligence (EQ).

Through coaching, training, and advising, Esme has helped executives become more self-aware and effective. Her clients have seen significant improvements in themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
